Lead a well-regarded nursery in Sharjah, driving academic excellence, operational efficiency, and outstanding parent satisfaction. The ideal leader brings deep experience in early years management, can confidently represent the nursery before government bodies, and ensures a safe, nurturing learning environment for children and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Academic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive academic plans aligned with early years best practices; monitor learning outcomes and support teachers with coaching and resources.
▪ Daily Operations: Oversee schedules, staffing, procurement, and classroom readiness; ensure smooth day-to-day running of all nursery activities.
▪ Quality & Safety: Uphold rigorous health, safety, and safeguarding standards; maintain up-to-date policies, procedures, and incident reporting.
▪ Parent & Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and represent the nursery at community events.
▪ Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and appraise staff; plan training and professional development to sustain a high-performance culture.
▪ Data & Reporting: Track enrollment, attendance, and performance indicators; prepare regular reports for owners/management.
Government Liaison & Compliance:
▪ Serve as the primary point of contact for authorities, including SPEA.
▪ Prepare documentation, attend inspections and SPEA meetings, and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Education (mandatory).
▪ CACHE Level 5 qualification (mandatory).
▪ Minimum 5 years of proven experience in nursery management.
▪ Strong communication skills for interactions with government authorities and external stakeholders.
▪ Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities with a child-centered approach.
