About the Role:
Sprinter Health is seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) Manager to lead a team of Nurse Practitioners across multiple states. This remote role combines clinical leadership with operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of care and documentation quality. The NP Manager will mentor and coach NPs, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of patient service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Nurse Practitioners across various states.
- Review and enhance provider performance, documentation quality, and compliance with HCC and MEAT standards.
- Collaborate with Quality, Compliance, and Operations teams to optimize workflows.
- Conduct performance reviews, audits, and provide ongoing professional feedback.
- Develop and implement training sessions to strengthen clinical expertise and team engagement.
- Monitor visit volumes, manage escalations, and ensure patient-first care delivery.
Skills and Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License (multi-state or compact state preferred)
- Minimum of 5–7 years as a practicing NP, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of HCC coding, MEAT documentation, and risk adjustment
- Strong EMR and data dashboard proficiency
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Background in value-based, home-based, or virtual care preferred
- Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) credential is a plus
- Must pass a national background check and maintain an active clinical license
Compensation and Benefits:
The base pay range for this full-time position is $140,000 – $160,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits. Final pay depends on experience, skills, education, and work location.
