A client in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking an experienced Night Manager with a strong background in catering operations. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who can effectively manage evening operations while maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will oversee night shift activities, coordinate with operational teams, and ensure smooth catering operations throughout the assigned shift. Applicants must currently be based in the UAE and possess relevant catering industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage night shift catering operations.
• Ensure daily operations run efficiently while maintaining quality service standards.
• Coordinate with catering, kitchen, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor staff performance and address operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and provide shift handovers to management.
Requirements:
• Previous catering experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Catering, or a related field.
• Candidates must currently be based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage operations efficiently during evening shifts.
