Description:
Elan Beauty is launching a home-beauty service in Dubai and we are recruiting experienced Nail Technicians / Artists and Hair Stylists to join our core team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality, on-demand beauty treatments at clients’ homes while maintaining excellent service standards and client satisfaction.
Role Overview:
- Provide a full range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, polish and gel polish applications, as well as acrylic and gel extensions.
- Deliver professional hair styling services tailored to client needs.
- Create creative, detailed nail-art and style looks while ensuring hygiene and product safety.
- Offer an outstanding customer experience from booking through to service completion and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive punctually for appointments and set up a clean, professional service environment in clients’ homes.
- Assess client preferences and recommend services, finishes, and care routines.
- Maintain inventory of tools and consumables, and follow proper sanitization procedures.
- Keep accurate records of appointments, client preferences and any product allergies or sensitivities.
- Collaborate with the team to refine service offerings and improve client retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the UAE delivering nail or hair services.
- Competence across all core nail services: manicure, pedicure, polish, gel polish, acrylic and gel extensions.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Attention to detail, creativity in nail art and styling, and a professional presentation.
- Formal training or certification in nail or hair technology is advantageous.
