Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the school curriculum
• Manage classroom activities to create a positive and productive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Support students’ academic and personal development
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance learning outcomes
• Maintain discipline and uphold school policies and standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject area
• Teaching qualification such as PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent is preferred
• At least 3 years of proven teaching experience
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
