We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join us in the following leadership capacities. Successful candidates will be instrumental in shaping operations, standards, and guest experiences during the pre-opening and launch phases.
Key Opportunities:
• Lead commercial strategy, group and corporate sales initiatives, and team performance.
• Support revenue management, reservations, and distribution to maximise room revenue and occupancy.
• Oversee engineering and facilities, ensuring all systems meet luxury standards prior to opening.
• Manage housekeeping operations to guarantee immaculate presentation and service readiness.
• Direct IT infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms to support hotel operations.
• Guide human resources functions, talent acquisition, policies, and team development.
• Head front office operations to craft seamless guest arrival, stay and departure experiences.
