Role-Specific Requirements:

Receptionist:

  • Previous experience in front desk or reception operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage reservations, payments, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries in a professional manner
  • Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail

Front Office Supervisor:

  • Prior supervisory experience within front office operations
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • In-depth knowledge of guest services and front office procedures
  • Ability to work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Head Chef:

  • Proven experience in overseeing full kitchen operations
  • Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision
  • Strong understanding of food cost control and inventory management
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards and commitment to high culinary and hygiene practices

Housekeeping Team Leader:

  • Experience in supervising housekeeping teams in a hotel setting
  • Ability to conduct room inspections and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Skills in staff coordination, task allocation, and quality control
  • Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and hotel housekeeping procedures
