We are hiring! — Specialty Coffee & Guest Service Roles
We are expanding our team in Al Ain and seeking hospitality professionals who combine excellent guest-service instincts with strong specialty coffee knowledge. Open roles range from management through junior barista positions — each role contributes to a smooth front-of-house operation and exceptional customer experiences.

Available Positions & Core Focus

  1. Restaurant Manager / Bar Incharge — Lead daily café operations, supervise the service team, manage shift rotas, ensure beverage quality and consistency, and maintain high standards of guest service.
  2. Senior Barista / Team Leader — Oversee coffee preparation standards, mentor junior staff, manage workflow during peak periods, and support bar inventory control.
  3. Barista /Waiter — Prepare specialty coffee and beverages while serving guests, take orders, handle point-of-sale transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
  4. Junior Barista /Runner — Assist baristas and service staff, support beverage prep, restock supplies, and ensure timely runner duties for smooth service.

Key Responsibilities (all roles)
• Deliver friendly, professional, and timely guest service that reflects the brand’s standards.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of specialty coffee — extraction methods, milk texturing, espresso-based recipes, and basic equipment care.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service station readiness throughout shifts.
• Support team communication and coordination to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Assist with basic stock control and report shortages to management.
• Uphold health & safety and food handling procedures at all times.

Ideal Candidate
• Strong customer-service orientation with a positive, team-first attitude.
• Practical experience in specialty coffee preparation or café/restaurant service.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
