Open Departments & Role Focus:

  1. Front Office — Deliver warm, efficient guest check-ins/check-outs, manage reservations at the desk, and ensure a smooth arrival/departure experience.
  2. POMEC / Engineering — Maintain building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support a comfortable, safe environment for guests and staff.
  3. Reservations — Handle booking enquiries, manage room inventory, and optimise reservation channels to maximise occupancy.
  4. Food & Beverage — Provide outstanding guest service in outlets, assist with service operations, and maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene.
  5. Sales & Marketing — Support business development activities, assist with group bookings, and help promote hotel services and packages.
  6. Culinary — Prepare and present menu items to standard, support kitchen operations, and maintain kitchen hygiene and productivity.

• Relevant experience or vocational training for technical and specialist roles.
