Overview:
Dubai Medical University Hospital is expanding its clinical and support teams and is inviting qualified healthcare and service professionals to apply. We are looking for motivated candidates across several departments who are committed to patient care and service excellence.
Open Roles & Brief Expectations:
- Phlebotomist — Perform venipuncture and specimen collection accurately, label samples, maintain infection-control standards and assist lab staff with sample handling.
- Radiographer — Operate imaging equipment, prepare patients for procedures, ensure image quality and follow radiation safety protocols.
- Cath Lab Technician — Support cardiac catheterisation procedures, prepare and maintain cath lab equipment, assist clinicians during interventions and ensure sterile technique.
- Pharmacist — Manage medication dispensing, verify prescriptions, advise on drug interactions, and support pharmacy inventory and regulatory compliance.
- Anesthesia Technician — Prepare anesthesia equipment and supplies, assist anesthesiology team during procedures and maintain equipment sterility and readiness.
- Call Center Representative — Handle inbound patient and appointment calls professionally, schedule bookings, provide basic information and escalate clinical queries appropriately.
- Receptionist — Greet patients, handle check-ins/check-outs, manage appointment coordination and maintain accurate patient records.
- Concierge — Provide guest services and patient assistance, guide visitors, coordinate logistics and ensure a welcoming environment.
Candidate Attributes (All Roles):
- Strong communication skills, professionalism and a patient-centered attitude.
- Relevant clinical or service experience preferred depending on the role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment and follow established protocols.
- Valid certifications/licenses where applicable and willingness to comply with hospital onboarding requirements.
