Key Responsibilities:

• Perform role-specific duties related to facilities management, maintenance, or technical support.

• Ensure smooth operation and upkeep of building systems and infrastructure.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as assigned.

• Support daily operational requirements across residential or commercial sites.

• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and team members for efficient service delivery.
