Description:
Salem Web Network, a division of Salem Media Group, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Ministry Operations Coordinator to support ministry and media partners through essential administrative and digital operations. This role works behind the scenes to ensure projects stay organized, accurate, and running efficiently while supporting faith-based initiatives across digital platforms. This position is fully remote and ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy structured, support-focused work.
About the Role:
As a Ministry Operations Coordinator, you will provide operational and administrative assistance to ministry and media clients. Your work will involve maintaining digital content accuracy, supporting internal teams with reporting and file management, and assisting with light multimedia and documentation tasks. This role plays a key part in keeping ministry partnerships organized and operationally strong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine website and content reviews to ensure links, formatting, and information accuracy, reporting issues as needed
- Generate, update, and maintain regular performance reports, statistics, and tracking spreadsheets
- Compile, organize, and update various lists including contacts, partners, and content inventories
- Provide general administrative assistance such as data entry, scheduling support, and digital file organization
- Download, upload, organize, and perform basic edits on video content when required
- Create internal tickets and assist with digital advertising or promotional setups using provided assets
- Update presentations and documents with revised text, visuals, and performance data
- Prepare and format standard contracts using approved templates and track progress
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using web-based tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to use AI-powered tools for drafting, organizing, or editing content following provided guidelines
- Ability to quickly learn new digital tools, reporting systems, and content platforms
- Clear written communication skills with the ability to follow processes accurately
- Capable of working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team
- Comfortable supporting faith-based and politically conservative content professionally
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or digital media experience is an advantage but not mandatory
