Description:
A company based in Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Microbiologist with a background in the food industry. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in microbiological testing and are familiar with maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in production environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring product safety, monitoring sanitation practices, and supporting quality assurance processes in compliance with industry regulations. This is a great opportunity to work in a structured production environment while contributing to maintaining high food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct microbiological testing on food products and raw materials to ensure quality and safety
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation conditions across production and processing areas
• Maintain accurate microbiological records, documentation, and reports
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA) teams for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulations, and internal procedures
• Assist during audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and support
Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a Microbiologist within the food industry
• Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods and food safety standards
• Good documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills
• Willingness to work in shifts when required
• Must be ready to work in Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone
• Male candidates are preferred
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
• Visit visa or cancelled residence visa holders are preferred
• Immediate availability to join is required
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary starting from AED 2,500 (negotiable based on experience)
