We’re Hiring – MEP Supervisor (Fit-Out Industry)

Overview:
TopRock Interiors is seeking a skilled and proactive MEP Supervisor to lead and supervise mechanical, electrical and plumbing works across our fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure technical execution, site coordination, safety compliance and on-time delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor all MEP activities on fit-out sites to ensure works are executed to specification and schedule.
• Coordinate daily with project managers, subcontractors and mall/site management to align work sequences and site access.
• Manage manpower, site setup, permits and safety compliance; ensure toolbox talks and safety briefings are conducted regularly.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, tools and equipment to avoid project delays.
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain site records, including progress reports, RFIs, snag lists and HSE documentation.
• Facilitate clear communication between engineering, procurement, construction and client teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems where applicable.

✅ Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP engineering/supervision, preferably within fit-out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, drainage and fire protection systems.
• Proven experience in fit-out environments with an ability to manage tight schedules and coordination challenges.
• Excellent leadership, site coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to perform quality checks, supervise subcontractors and enforce HSE standards.
