Description:
We are seeking a seasoned MEP Supervisor to oversee daily mechanical, electrical and plumbing operations across client sites in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead small teams of technicians, ensure timely completion of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance (CM), uphold safety and quality standards, and liaise with both clients and external vendors to keep facilities running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance activities on-site.
- Lead and mentor technicians, assign tasks, and monitor performance and attendance.
- Ensure on-time completion of PPM and CM schedules and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Enforce safety procedures and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports and escalate technical or operational issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrical systems and plumbing.
- Proven leadership and reporting capabilities.
- Previous experience within the FM industry is highly advantageous.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.
