We’re Hiring – MEP Foreman | Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced MEP Foreman to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations and maintenance across multiple projects, working closely with civil contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage MEP maintenance and installations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ELV, and BMS systems.
2. Coordinate and schedule work for MEP technicians to ensure efficiency and timely project completion.
3. Conduct site inspections to guarantee safety, quality, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
4. Collaborate with civil supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Read and interpret technical drawings to guide installations.
6. Monitor project progress, maintain daily logs, and oversee material procurement.
7. Enforce health and safety practices, conduct toolbox talks, and perform risk assessments.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve MEP issues promptly to minimize delays.
9. Train and mentor MEP staff to uphold quality and best practices.
10. Operate company vehicle for transporting equipment and personnel as required.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in a relevant trade or proven hands-on experience as an MEP Foreman.
2. 4–5 years of MEP supervision experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
3. Valid UAE manual driving license (mandatory).
4. Knowledge of HVAC, ELV, and BMS systems.
5. Basic proficiency in MS Office; experience with maintenance software is a plus.
6. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
7. First Aid certification is an advantage.
