MEP Engineer Wanted
Location: UAE | 🏢 Interior Fit-out Industry
The MEP Engineer is responsible for the design, documentation, and construction oversight of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for fitout projects. The candidate will have a strong understanding of MEP engineering principles and practices, as well as experience with design and build projects.
The terms of your contract will be as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Conducting preliminary design reviews and providing input on project scope and budget
- Preparing detailed design drawings and specifications
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that MEP systems meet project requirements
- Overseeing the construction of MEP systems to ensure that they are installed correctly and meet quality standards
- Preparing commissioning documents and overseeing the commissioning process
- Maintaining project documentation and records
- Checking of works at site
- Managing subcontractors works on site, including MEP, Civils & finishing items
- Assisting in procurement of projects once design has been agreed
- Meeting with clients for site visits to determine client requirements and prepare tender drawings and MEP BOQ
- Managing and assisting with works on numerous projects depending on the workload of the company
- Technical Deliverables:
- Preliminary design reviews and input on project scope and budget

- Construction oversight to ensure that MEP systems are installed correctly and meet quality standards
