Description:
Fabtech Modular Buildings, part of the Fabtech Group and a recognized leader in Cold Form Steel modular structures across the UAE, is currently seeking an experienced MEP Draughtsman to strengthen its technical team. This position offers an opportunity to work on specialized modular and prefabricated building projects in a dynamic industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD / CAD Mate software.
- Apply strong knowledge of local authority regulations as well as international design codes.
- Contribute to the design and development of MEP systems for modular and prefabricated building projects.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure precision and compliance in design.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI certification in Draughtsman (Mechanical/Electrical).
- At least 5 years of proven experience working as an MEP Draughtsman.
- Hands-on exposure to modular and prefabricated building projects will be considered a strong advantage.
This role is ideal for candidates who bring technical expertise, creativity, and compliance knowledge to deliver high-quality design outputs for modular construction projects.
