What You’ll Be Doing
- Interacting with members via phone and Zoom
- Educating clients about their benefit options
- Assisting with selections and ensuring accurate submission of paperwork
- Maintaining clear records of your outreach and appointments
- Following up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and clarity
- Participating in learning sessions to sharpen your communication
