As a Medical Scheduler, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking imaging appointments. The role involves scheduling and managing appointments, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting patient care across a network of imaging centers. Candidates must be able to complete training at the company’s Port St. Lucie, Florida office and reside within a 50-mile radius of the training location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient imaging appointments

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients requiring scheduling assistance

• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service

• Maintain accurate patient information and appointment records

• Support operational efficiency across imaging center locations

• Assist patients with appointment-related questions and scheduling needs

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and patient service standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal abilities

• Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills

• Ability to work remotely while attending onsite training and support activities when required

• Call center or medical office experience is considered an advantage

• Must reside within 50 miles of 1825 SE Tiffany Avenue, Suite 104, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952

• Strong knowledge of:
