As the first point of contact, you will help patients schedule important imaging appointments, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Provide friendly, professional, and patient-focused customer service.
• Support patient care coordination across multiple imaging centers.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry as required.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
• Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills.

• Call center or medical experience is a plus.
