Description:
Gulf Drug LLC is seeking a results-driven Medical Representative to promote our principal company’s pharmaceutical portfolio across the UAE. The successful candidate will cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver accurate clinical information, and drive sales within an assigned territory. This role requires a motivated, target-oriented individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Build and sustain long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Provide product information and conduct educational sessions and clinical discussions with healthcare providers.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPI metrics for the territory.
- Monitor market developments and competitor activity, and report actionable insights to management.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, call reports, and territory plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related life science discipline.
- Minimum two years of demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle for business use.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-focused, and able to work independently.
