Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end medical record retrieval for assigned clients and healthcare providers
- Develop, standardize, and improve playbooks for hospitals, billing groups, and provider networks
- Ensure complete, accurate, and compliant records, including release forms, affidavits, and billing documents
- Identify workflow improvements and collaborate with engineering and product teams to automate repetitive tasks
- Share best practices with teammates to maintain high-quality standards
Success Metrics:
- Reduction in average days-to-receipt for assigned providers
- Playbooks are documented, shared, and reused effectively
- Delivery of complete, compliant record sets without rework
- Active contributions to process and product enhancements
Qualifications & Skills:
