Description:

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting clinical teams by managing patient scheduling, front desk operations, documentation, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes while ensuring accurate data entry.

• Handle complex scheduling, appointment booking, and patient outreach activities.

• Maintain and update patient records using electronic medical systems.

• Assist with referral tracking, documentation, and follow-up coordination.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient inquiries or concerns.

• Support clinic workflow by coordinating with providers, nurses, and administrative staff.

• Assist in processing forms, prescriptions, prior authorizations, and related documentation.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support operational projects.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare settings.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment.

• Reliable transportation and valid U.S. driver’s license required.

• Experience with Epic or other electronic medical records systems is an advantage.
