Description:
PrimeMed Medical Solutions is looking for a well-organized and professional Medical Receptionist to become the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming experience while ensuring smooth front-desk operations and efficient patient coordination.
The successful candidate will manage appointments, patient registrations, insurance verification, billing support, and communication with medical staff. This role requires excellent customer service skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and visitors professionally and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries in a professional manner.
• Register patients and verify insurance details and approvals.
• Manage billing, payments, and basic cash reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate with doctors and nurses to support smooth clinic operations.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience, preferably in a clinic or hospital in the UAE.
• Fluency in English and Tagalog/Filipino.
• Familiarity with medical software and UAE insurance processes is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and ability to work in shifts.
