Al Madallah Healthcare Management is seeking an experienced Medical Claims Auditor to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for healthcare professionals with extensive experience in medical claims auditing, coding, and insurance operations within the UAE healthcare sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and auditing medical claims, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, coding standards, and payer guidelines. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of medical coding and claims management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and audit medical claims to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Evaluate healthcare claims against policy guidelines, coding standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraud within submitted claims.
• Ensure proper application of medical coding and billing practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurers, and internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
• Prepare audit reports and recommendations for process improvements.
• Support compliance initiatives and maintain adherence to industry standards.
• Monitor claim trends and identify areas for operational enhancement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Medical, Paramedical, or related healthcare field.
• CPC or equivalent medical coding certification is mandatory or highly preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of UAE healthcare experience within a TPA, insurance payer, or related environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
