We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate claims processing for insurance reimbursement. The ideal candidate will handle claim pricing, resolve rejected claims, prepare adjustments or write-offs, and maintain high standards of quality and productivity. Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Accurately bill claims to insurance companies for healthcare reimbursement.
🔹 Ensure claims are correctly priced and placed on the appropriate hold status.
🔹 Resolve payer rejected claims efficiently.
🔹 Identify and prepare necessary adjustments or write-offs.
🔹 Maintain productivity while upholding quality standards.
🔹 Utilize Excel, Outlook, and Word for reporting and communication purposes.
Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 1+ years of professional experience.
🔹 Beginner-level proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
🔹 Knowledge of healthcare billing, terminology, collections practices, and/or infusion services is preferred.
🔹 Accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
🔹 Full-time, 40 hours per week.
🔹 Flexible start between 6:00am and 9:30am (some locations may require 7:00am start).
