Description:
Collabera is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Medicaid Claims Analyst to manage the Medicaid Drug Rebate process, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines and rebate contract terms. This role involves validating claims, resolving disputes, processing payments accurately, supporting audits, and contributing to system upgrades and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process state Medicaid invoices and claim data files accurately
  • Validate claim-level details and identify disputes according to CMS rules
  • Research and resolve state disputes, recommending correct payment amounts
  • Conduct quarterly data reviews, uploads, and reporting using Model N or Revitas/Flex Medicaid systems
  • Maintain detailed documentation and provide analytical support for audits and system upgrades
  • Collaborate with state agencies and internal teams to ensure data integrity and compliance

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Hands-on experience with Medicaid rebate and claim processing
  • Proficiency in Revitas/Flex Medicaid or Model N systems
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to manage large data sets
  • Excellent analytical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CMS Medicaid rules, 340B entities, and state-specific programs
  • Experience with system implementation and report writing

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
