HIRING – Mechanical Technician
We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping production machinery running reliably through routine servicing, fast troubleshooting, and timely repairs — helping ensure continuous, safe, and efficient plant operations.

LOCATION Dubai, UAE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Equipment Maintenance & Repair — Carry out corrective repairs and routine upkeep on both rotating and stationary mechanical equipment, including bearings, shafts, gearboxes, pumps and conveyors.
- Preventive & Planned Maintenance — Execute scheduled maintenance plans and inspections to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnosis — Rapidly diagnose mechanical faults, determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions to restore production.
- Production Line Overhaul & Repairs — Dismantle, repair/overhaul and reassemble production-line machinery when required; perform alignment, balancing and adjustments to meet operational tolerances.
- Safety & Environmental Compliance — Work in accordance with safety procedures and environmental guidelines, report hazards and ensure maintenance activities comply with company HSE standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education — Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a recognized technical qualification.
- Work Experience — Minimum 2–3 years’ practical experience in manufacturing environments such as corrugation, printing, packaging or similar industrial settings.
- Location & Eligibility — Candidates must be currently based in the UAE. Applications are open to all nationalities.
- Skills & Attributes — Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read basic mechanical drawings, familiarity with hand tools and diagnostic equipment, good troubleshooting mindset, and ability to work effectively within a maintenance team.
