Qualifications and Requirements for Teachers:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or in a related teaching subject.
- If the degree is subject-specific, the applicant must hold a valid Teaching Diploma or Certified Teaching License.
- All academic degrees must be attested by MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
- Minimum IELTS score of 6 for English-taught subjects such as Math and Science.
- Minimum IELTS score of 7 for English subject teachers (required for non-native speakers).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in the UAE, preferably in an American Curriculum school.
Qualifications and Requirements for Career and University Guidance Counselor:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as per ADEK School Career and University Guidance Policy.
- Prior experience as a teacher or educator is preferred.
