As part of our dynamic team, the Marketplace Support Specialist will troubleshoot client issues, manage imports/exports, order automation, and re-categorizations while following Feedonomics and industry best practices. This role requires creating dynamic, scalable solutions to solve problems efficiently, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Expectations: Keep clients informed of request statuses and respond in a timely manner.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide dynamic solutions to client issues, assisting both clients and internal teams.
  • Review and Resolve: Analyze imports/exports and order automation logs to correct errors.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate support tickets and records of solutions implemented.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Onboarding and FeedBuild teams to align with client expectations.
  • Task Prioritization: Handle incoming tickets, emails, and project responsibilities efficiently.
  • Deadline Management: Complete tasks according to timelines set by managers and team leads.
  • Resource Use: Follow policies and best practices while using company resources.
  • Database Updates: Ensure client databases meet new marketplace requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Excel, HTML, or SQL.
  • 1+ years of experience with US Marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Target.
  • Client-focused mindset with strong team orientation.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work 8 am–5 pm CST or PST.
  • Demonstrates a can-do attitude and problem-solving approach.
