7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to lead engagement and lifecycle marketing strategies using Braze. This role focuses on designing, launching, and optimizing multi-channel customer journeys to drive retention, reactivation, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to create highly personalized experiences and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless integrations and ensure compliance with marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute data-driven lifecycle marketing campaigns using Braze
- Design and optimize customer journeys across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS
- Develop segmentation strategies to improve personalization and engagement
- Utilize Braze tools such as Canvas, Liquid scripting, and event-triggered workflows
- Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and implement iterative improvements
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to maintain accurate data flows and reliable integrations
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and lifecycle marketing standards
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of hands-on experience with Braze, particularly Canvas and Liquid personalization
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and multi-channel messaging strategies
- Ability to analyze campaign results and provide data-driven recommendations
- Experience collaborating with technical teams on data pipelines and integrations
Preferred Qualifications:
