We’re urgently seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join a fast-moving team in Dubai. The role covers full-spectrum marketing responsibilities — from planning and running digital campaigns to producing content and supporting events. You’ll take ownership of campaign execution, help grow brand presence, and work cross-functionally to turn marketing ideas into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce engaging content for social channels, websites, and email marketing that strengthens brand voice and drives engagement.
• Plan, launch, and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns (including paid search) to increase visibility and lead generation.
• Maintain and update websites and landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Create short-form video content and promotional reels to support social and product initiatives.
• Organize webinars and virtual/in-person events — from planning and promotion through post-event follow-up.
• Build and run email campaigns, manage CRM lists, and track lead nurturing performance.
• Execute campaigns end-to-end, then analyze outcomes and iterate using data-driven insights.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and uncover new opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
• Strong capabilities in digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, CMS, social media, and analytics.
• Experience creating multimedia content (copy, images, and basic video editing).
• Familiarity with webinar platforms and CRM/email marketing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with tidy organizational skills and a creative outlook.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
