Position Overview: Marketing & Sales Executive

CleanCare is seeking a Marketing & Sales Executive to drive new business development and implement innovative strategies aimed at increasing revenue in the upholstery and cleaning services sector. The ideal candidate will engage with clients both online and through in-person visits, primarily targeting B2B opportunities across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

🔵Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative, out-of-the-box sales campaigns aligned with current marketing trends.
• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, particularly within the commercial, restaurant, real estate, and holiday home sectors across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
• Represent and promote the CleanCare brand, including partnering with event organizers to sponsor services.
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
• Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
• Generate leads through networking, social media, referrals, and online platforms.
• Close deals with new clients and upsell services to existing ones.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
• Manage B2B client contracts on a quarterly, mid-year, and annual basis.
• Collaborate with social media influencers to boost brand visibility.
• Attend community, promotional, and industry events to enhance brand presence.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales targets.
• Prepare daily and regular sales reports, adjusting strategies based on performance insights using CRM.
• Build partnerships and secure contracts with Movers, Interior Designers, Real Estate, Restaurant chains, and Office spaces.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales in UAE, preferably within the service or cleaning industry.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai commercial market.
• Proactively thinking about how to bring new ideas to the table for self and company growth.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Visa status: Sponsored by husband, father, or self.
• Driving License will be a plus.
