Job Title: Marketing & Outdoor Sales Officer
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Contract Type: Full-time
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and roll out marketing plans and promotional campaigns to raise awareness and drive sales of the company’s beauty products and services across the UAE.
- Build and nurture relationships with institutions, corporate partners and key clients to secure partnerships and repeat business.
- Supervise and coach two Outdoor Sales Representatives, setting clear targets and monitoring performance to ensure sales goals are met.
- Play an active role in hiring for the Outdoor Sales team — assist with shortlisting candidates and take part in interviews alongside HR.
- Scout and pursue new business opportunities to expand the brand’s footprint throughout Dubai and other Emirates.
- Track market trends, competitor activity and client needs; feed market intelligence back to the business to support product positioning and strategy.
- Compile and present regular sales and marketing reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing and outdoor/field sales within the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking capabilities.
- Prior experience supervising a small sales team and participating in recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prepare clear reports.
- Valid UAE residency/visa.
- Owns a car and holds a valid UAE driving licence (required for field work).
- Proficient in English and Arabic.
