Description:
Terra is seeking a detail-focused and technology-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join its expanding Digital Strategy team. This role supports the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensures marketing data accuracy, and assists with reporting and platform configuration. It is an excellent opportunity for professionals early in their marketing operations career who enjoy learning new systems, solving technical challenges, and working with modern martech tools in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and launch campaigns across leading marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Eloqua, including emails, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs
- Maintain scalable program templates and system architecture to support efficient and repeatable campaign execution
- Create and manage lists, segments, workflows, lead scoring models, and lifecycle stages
- Support multichannel campaign execution through setup, QA, tracking, and performance validation
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with dashboard and report creation using tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Data Studio
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues including form logic, workflow triggers, lead routing, CRM sync behavior, and attribution tracking
- Maintain clean and accurate marketing databases, including deduplication, enrichment, segmentation, and data imports
- Collaborate closely with internal Digital Strategy team members and clients to ensure timely and aligned campaign delivery
- Research emerging martech tools, process improvements, and marketing operations best practices
- Assist with additional digital marketing and operational tasks as required
Candidate Profile:
- Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua
- Solid understanding of smart campaigns, tokens, smart lists, segmentation, and lead lifecycle workflows
- Comfortable reviewing and troubleshooting data flows between marketing automation platforms and CRMs such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience supporting campaign tracking, UTMs, pixels, and performance reporting
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams and takes initiative
- Fluent in English; Spanish or French is an added advantage
- B2B or agency experience is a plus
