Arakkal Gold & Diamonds is currently hiring a highly experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a strong background in the jewellery or luxury goods sector who can drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth across both digital and traditional platforms.
What We Are Looking For:
• Strong background in marketing, preferably with hands-on experience in gold showroom marketing or luxury retail environments.
• 3–5 years of professional marketing experience, with Dubai market exposure preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and guiding a dynamic marketing team.
• Expertise in corporate brand building, strategic planning, and campaign execution.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, content strategy, and social media management.
• Strong analytical and creative abilities combined with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand presence and market positioning.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
