We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is designed for a hands-on marketing professional who can fully own and manage end-to-end marketing activities for multiple clients, delivering results that make each customer feel supported by a dedicated in-house growth team.
At Rite Ark Technologies LLC, we help organizations scale through AI, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation solutions. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can combine strategy with execution, lead content and SEO initiatives, and elevate the overall client marketing experience.
What You’ll Own (End-to-End):
Content Engine for Clients:
• Create and manage LinkedIn posts, Instagram and Facebook content, carousels, reels, and short-form video scripts
• Develop long-form content including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and website copy
• Define campaign themes, manage content calendars, and ensure brand voice consistency across channels
Video-First Marketing:
• Develop concepts and scripts for short videos, reels, and social media content
• Create storyboards, strong hooks, captions, and clear call-to-action strategies
• Coordinate with designers and editors, or handle quick edits when required
SEO + GEO (Generative Engine Optimization):
• Conduct keyword research and manage on-page SEO, internal linking, and technical best practices
• Build content optimized for Google rankings as well as AI-driven discovery platforms
• Improve local SEO performance for service-based clients where applicable
Client Success Through Marketing:
• Handle marketing onboarding and deliver structured monthly reporting
• Provide clear weekly updates, proactive planning, and fast turnaround on deliverables
• Enhance customer experience through organized workflows and measurable outcomes
Who We’re Looking For:
• A hands-on marketer who can both plan and execute effectively
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a focus on conversion and visibility
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining quality
• Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and emerging GEO practices
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to manage timelines and expectations
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI-focused industries
• A portfolio showcasing LinkedIn content, blogs, and video campaigns
• Basic design knowledge using tools such as Canva or Figma, or familiarity with video tools
