Description:
Mallside Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton is inviting applications for the position of Marketing Manager to join its pre-opening team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality marketing professional who is eager to contribute to the successful launch of a new Hilton property in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar marketing role within a Hilton hotel. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, strengthening the hotel’s brand presence, and supporting business growth through effective promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the hotel’s pre-opening and ongoing operations.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Coordinate marketing activities across digital and traditional channels.
• Work closely with internal teams to promote hotel services and special offers.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role within a Hilton hotel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
