A fast-growing fintech company in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing, demand generation, and partner enablement initiatives. The organization operates within the BNPL and digital commerce ecosystem, focusing on expanding merchant acquisition and strategic partnerships across the region.
This is a hands-on role requiring a strong execution mindset, where the selected candidate will work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to build impactful marketing campaigns. The role involves driving merchant engagement, developing sales enablement materials, and executing category-focused marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in B2B marketing, analytics-driven campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration within fast-paced environments such as fintech or SaaS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead B2B demand generation and merchant acquisition marketing initiatives
• Develop and execute partner enablement and co-marketing campaigns
• Create sales collateral, marketing materials, and activation toolkits
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools
• Support brand positioning within the fintech and BNPL ecosystem
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing or demand generation
• Minimum 2 years of UAE or GCC market experience preferred
• Strong background in sales-driven marketing and partner enablement
• Experience managing agencies and executing full-cycle marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Analytics, or similar
• Strong knowledge of:
• B2B marketing strategy and execution
• Fintech or SaaS marketing environments
• Performance tracking and campaign analytics
• Nice to have:
• Experience in fintech, BNPL, or payments industry
• Arabic language proficiency
