Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for healthcare and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for someone just like you to join our growing clinic in Ras Al Khaimah.
This is a dual-role opportunity — where you’ll take the lead on marketing strategy and play a key part in ensuring our clinic operates efficiently and delivers exceptional care to every patient.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Marketing & Growth
- Drive awareness and attract patients through innovative marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Manage our social media channels, create engaging content, and grow our online presence.
- Build strong relationships with local partners, insurance companies, and referral networks.
- Monitor trends, track results, and continuously optimize our marketing efforts.
Clinic Operations
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly — from patient coordination to backend support.
- Liaise between the medical team and front-desk staff to maintain top-quality service.
- Support with procurement, inventory, scheduling, and overall clinic logistics.
- Help maintain a welcoming, efficient, and patient-friendly environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing (healthcare industry preferred).
- Background or interest in clinic/healthcare operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with hands-on experience in social media, content, and digital tools.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah.
- Arabic is a plus, but not required.
