Location: JLT, Dubai
Fidelity Fitness Club is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute the club’s overall marketing strategy. This role focuses on strengthening brand presence while delivering measurable business growth across digital channels and in-club touchpoints. You will play a key role in shaping campaigns, content, and performance marketing initiatives that align with Fidelity’s premium positioning.
The Role
In this position, you will help drive Fidelity’s marketing vision by developing impactful campaigns, managing content systems, and supporting lead generation and member growth. You will work across multiple channels while ensuring brand consistency, voice, and standards remain strong at every customer interaction point.
What You’ll Own
- Drive brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, social platforms, email marketing, and in-club assets, ensuring all creative remains aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualise and deliver campaigns and events for launches, community engagement, and lead generation, managing everything from briefing to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage performance marketing activities including social ads, search, retargeting strategies, lead funnels, and performance reporting.
- Build and manage a structured content system, including editorial calendars, reels, email marketing, in-club signage, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Grow and manage the club’s social media presence with a strong focus on Instagram, maintaining a clean and editorial-style aesthetic.
- Track and analyse marketing performance through pipeline metrics (lead to tour to member), attribution models, and ROI dashboards.
- Ensure consistent brand alignment across all initiatives, reflecting Fidelity’s core pillars: Train | Move | Recover | Connect.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience covering both brand and performance marketing, preferably within fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to produce polished copy, combined with solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Proven ownership mindset with excellent project management abilities and experience collaborating across teams.
- A portfolio showcasing at least 2–3 campaigns with measurable, quantified results.
