Description:
EL&N London UAE is looking for a creative and results-focused Marketing Executive to support the growth of one of the world’s leading café brands across the UAE. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is passionate about creating engaging brand experiences and driving customer engagement.
The successful candidate will manage marketing campaigns, support digital initiatives, coordinate with influencers and media partners, and work closely with operations teams to increase brand visibility and sales performance. Candidates with hospitality or food and beverage marketing experience will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage social media platforms and support content creation activities
• Coordinate with influencers, partners, and media contacts
• Assist with brand activations, events, and promotional activities
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve guest engagement and drive sales
• Support overall brand growth and customer experience initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
• F&B or hospitality industry experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in content creation and basic graphic design is an advantage
• UAE market experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
