Description:
Yateem Optics is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator – Digital & E-Commerce to support and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing and operations teams to manage website content, digital assets, and online orders, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update website content, including products, images, descriptions, and banners
  • Coordinate and upload product images while maintaining brand consistency
  • Monitor online orders and flag out-of-stock or low-stock items
  • Liaise with operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate online availability
  • Support digital campaigns, promotions, and website updates
  • Maintain organized records of visuals and digital assets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital, or e-commerce roles
  • Experience working with websites or e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, or similar) required or strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic

Preferred:

  • Experience in retail, luxury, or eyewear industry
  • Basic understanding of online orders, stock flow, and e-commerce operations
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar
