Description:
Yateem Optics is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator – Digital & E-Commerce to support and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing and operations teams to manage website content, digital assets, and online orders, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update website content, including products, images, descriptions, and banners
- Coordinate and upload product images while maintaining brand consistency
- Monitor online orders and flag out-of-stock or low-stock items
- Liaise with operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate online availability
- Support digital campaigns, promotions, and website updates
- Maintain organized records of visuals and digital assets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital, or e-commerce roles
- Experience working with websites or e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, or similar) required or strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
Preferred:
- Experience in retail, luxury, or eyewear industry
- Basic understanding of online orders, stock flow, and e-commerce operations
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar
