First Page Sage is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support its internal marketing and thought leadership initiatives. The company specializes in SEO, AI Optimization, and research-driven B2B marketing strategies that help businesses improve visibility and establish industry authority.
This fully remote role is ideal for a skilled content professional who can transform ideas and AI-generated drafts into high-quality published content. The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers and company leadership to create, edit, optimize, and publish marketing materials while maintaining strong brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, draft, and produce marketing content including blog posts, landing pages, articles, and website materials.
• Use AI tools to create initial content drafts and refine them through editing, fact-checking, and rewriting.
• Work directly with the CEO to research and develop original data-driven articles.
• Publish and format content on WordPress, including basic CSS/HTML adjustments, image placement, internal linking, and SEO optimization.
• Proofread and review content for accuracy, grammar, structure, and consistency.
• Maintain a consistent editorial style and brand voice across all published content.
• Organize content calendars and ensure publishing schedules remain on track.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing content, website structure, and publishing workflows.
Requirements:
• 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, content writing, copywriting, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to improve AI-generated content.
• Experience using AI writing tools with the ability to evaluate and enhance output quality.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and basic CSS/HTML knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and project management teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, content marketing metrics, or B2B marketing is an advantage.
