Key Responsibilities:
- Develop content calendars and assets in collaboration with creators, agencies, and customers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring content aligns with goals and production timelines.
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships, handling outreach, seeding, and collaboration logistics.
- Support new product launches, including Kickstarter campaigns and DTC initiatives, creating assets for campaigns, emails, and landing pages.
- Assist founder with various projects, including wholesale relationship building, trade shows, seasonal campaigns, and brand collaborations.
- Maintain and optimize marketing calendars and project trackers in Monday.com.
- Analyze social performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Foster community relationships by responding thoughtfully to DMs, comments, and mentions.
- Stay updated on social media and design trends to keep ONO’s content innovative and relevant.
Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills; experience with Monday.com.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends to drive engagement.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for content creation.
- Strong community engagement skills with empathy and authenticity.
- Ability to analyze social insights to guide strategy.
- Collaborative, communicative, and hands-on with a willingness to tackle diverse tasks.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce marketing, social media, content creation, or community management.

Compensation & Growth:
- Phase 1 (Trial Period 0–90 days): Hourly compensation based on experience (20–40 hrs/week).
- Phase 2 (Post-90 days): Full-time salaried position with baseline monthly salary based on market benchmarks, scope of work, and performance.
