Description:
We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager – Carrier Business Support for a strategic role within the International Wholesale division of a leading UAE telecom organization. This high-impact position manages end-to-end business support for top international data carrier accounts, drives service delivery excellence, and aligns network capacity strategies with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end International Carrier Relations (ICR) service delivery.
  • Manage data interconnect capacity planning and cost-of-sale design.
  • Oversee IP Transit, MPLS, Voice Interconnect, Roaming, and Messaging services.
  • Coordinate with Technology, Procurement, Finance, and Sales teams.
  • Own SLA governance, MSA/OSS agreements, and carrier operational reviews.
  • Manage submarine cable route dependencies and global carrier relationships.
  • Act as decision authority during disaster and crisis recovery situations.
  • Ensure service performance exceeds agreed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of telecom experience, preferably in Wholesale / Carrier environments.
  • Strong exposure to International Carrier Relations and IP Transit.
  • Solid routing knowledge including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, and IPSEC.
  • Understanding of SDH, Ethernet technologies, and global submarine networks.
  • Experience managing capacity allocation and cost optimization.
  • Engineering Degree in Telecommunications / Networking.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
