Description:
Abeer Medical Group is looking to appoint a qualified and experienced Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions & Strategic Projects to help drive the organization’s growth initiatives. The role is designed for a professional who can support expansion strategies including the acquisition of healthcare facilities, merger activities, and the successful launch of new medical branches. The selected candidate will serve as a central coordination point between multiple departments to ensure that acquisitions and new project initiatives are implemented smoothly and efficiently.
This role requires strong planning and organizational abilities, along with the capability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with teams across finance, legal, operations, and regulatory departments to ensure that all acquisition and project activities move forward according to established timelines and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support merger and acquisition activities, including operational due diligence and preparation for integration
• Assist in evaluating newly acquired healthcare facilities and help facilitate their onboarding into the organization
• Lead coordination efforts for the commissioning and launch of new healthcare branches and projects
• Work collaboratively with finance, operations, legal, and regulatory departments throughout acquisition and expansion processes
• Monitor project progress by tracking timelines, key milestones, and deliverables across departments
• Ensure newly launched or acquired facilities achieve operational readiness and smooth transition into company operations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related discipline
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in project management, healthcare operations, strategic planning, or expansion-related roles
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and cross-department coordination
• Previous experience with healthcare expansion, hospital setup, or mergers and acquisitions integration will be considered an advantage
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities
