The Opportunity
Are you a seasoned technical manager ready to scale a high-performing, customer-obsessed team? If you thrive at the intersection of technology, people leadership, and operational excellence, the Manager, Integration Managers role is a game-changing opportunity to lead change at Flock. You will be responsible for managing a team of Integration Managers, setting the standard for technical acumen and execution, driving team-wide performance, and representing the integration organization in cross-functional settings. Your blend of project management, analytical rigor, communication, and organizational leadership will be instrumental in our post-sales success and our mission to build safer communities.
Challenges You’ll Tackle
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Integration Managers delivering integration projects for law enforcement and public safety customers nationwide.
- Oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning to ensure timely and successful customer integrations.
- Maintain visibility into team performance and forecast project pipeline and resourcing needs using data-driven approaches.
- Set the standard for technical and customer-facing excellence, establishing processes for technical reviews, complex escalations, and troubleshooting support.
- Serve as escalation point for high-impact integration challenges, owning resolution and executive communication.
- Build analytics/reporting frameworks to track key metrics: integration throughput, customer impact, quality KPIs, and team efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product Management, Support, and Customer Success to drive alignment, process improvement, and innovation.
- Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented and supportive team culture in a high-growth environment.
- Champion ongoing team development through coaching, documentation, best practice sharing, and continuous learning.
- Identify hiring needs and partner with recruiting on team growth.
The Skillset
- 5+ years of experience with SaaS, networking, or systems integration, including at least 2 years in a management or team lead role.
- Technical fluency in networking, SaaS and cloud/on-prem integration (e.g., firewalls, port forwarding, routing, TCP/UDP protocols).
- Demonstrated success in project management or operations management within a technical services team: forecasting, scheduling, and workload balancing for multiple direct reports.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills; able to turn data into insights to drive forecasting, prioritization, and team performance.
- Proven ability to manage escalations and act as a senior technical escalation point.
- Experience developing or maintaining performance dashboards, workflow documentation, or process improvements.
- Excellent communication—capable of translating business value for executives and technical detail for engineers.
- Proven team builder who inspires and develops others; experience hiring, onboarding, and driving a high-performing, customer-obsessed culture.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities; resilient under pressure and adept at managing competing deadlines.
- Experience with public safety or law enforcement customers, while not required, is strongly preferred.

The First 30 Days
Onboarding & Setup:
- Complete company onboarding and join initial team meetings to get acquainted with the company’s culture and structure.
Meet Key People:
- Meet with managers and team leads to understand team roles and responsibilities.
Learn Tools & Processes:
- Get hands-on training with essential tools and learn about internal processes, documentation, and project management methodologies.
- Review existing integration processes, project management systems, and current pipeline.
Understand Team Functions:
- Shadow team members to learn their day-to-day work, workflows, and how they collaborate.
- Begin relationship-building 1:1s; assess team strengths and skill gaps.
Product & Integration Knowledge:
- Begin learning Flock’s product suite, integration processes, and technical protocols. Attend customer calls to observe real-world scenarios.
- Shadow team members and receive training on integration testing, configuration, and validation.
The First 60 Days
- Begin implementing and refining key performance metrics and analytics dashboards.
- Directly support team members in project delivery and complex technical customer issues.
- Take ownership of project pipeline forecasting and resource planning, introducing new reporting or tools as needed.
- Begin leading regular team sync meetings and manage cross-functional alignment and communication.
90 Days & Beyond
- Operate as primary escalation leader for integration projects, demonstrating recognition as both a technical and leadership resource.
- Launch or iterate on key team enablement processes (e.g., documentation, onboarding improvements, post-mortem reviews).
- Deliver executive-ready reporting on team performance and integration throughput.
- Drive measurable improvements in project delivery timeliness, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.

- The Technical Assessment: Our technical assessment process is designed to evaluate both the hard and leadership skills critical for success as a Manager of Integration Managers at Flock Safety. As this is a people leader role at the intersection of technology, analytics, and operational excellence, the assessment will focus on the core capabilities required to drive high-performing integration teams, manage escalations, and enable measurable business outcomes.
- The Panel: Learn more about the team, responsibilities, and workflows. You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners.
- The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view Flock from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more.
Salary & Equity
In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary around $210,000 – $220,000 base salary as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Flock does not offer bonuses
