🚨 We’re Hiring – Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Healthcare)
We are searching for a female FP&A Manager with solid experience in the UAE healthcare market to join our client’s finance leadership team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on financial planning, robust modeling, and delivering actionable insight to support business decisions across healthcare operations.
✅ Key Requirements:
- 7–10 years of FP&A experience with demonstrable exposure to UAE healthcare facilities.
- Strong capability in financial modeling, feasibility analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Professional accounting qualification: CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Proven experience working within a healthcare setup in the UAE is essential.
🔍 What the role involves:
- Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting cycles.
- Build and maintain financial models and feasibility studies to support new initiatives and investments.
- Provide insightful variance analysis and present recommendations to senior management.
